Abstract:
A gas film coal yard and steel net rack coal yard intercommunication type coal blending system comprising a gas film coal yard (1), a steel net rack coal yard (2) and a coal conveying system (3) for realizing communication and coal blending between the gas film coal yard (1) and the steel net rack coal yard (2), wherein the gas film coal yard (1) is provided with a gas film coal yard belt coal conveying system (6) in a penetrating manner, the steel net rack coal yard (2) is provided with a steel net rack coal yard underground coal conveying belt (8) and a steel net rack coal yard underground coal conveying belt coal feeding system (9) cooperating with the steel net rack coal yard underground coal conveying belt (8) in a penetrating manner, a plurality of gas locking vehicle coal conveying channels (5) are provided in the side film face of the gas film coal yard (1), a plurality of steel net rack coal yard vehicle coal conveying channels (10) are provided in the side face of the steel net rack coal yard (2), the gas film coal yard (1) is in communication with the steel net rack coal yard (2) by means of a gas locking coal pusher channel (4), the coal conveying system (3) is located between the gas film coal yard (1) and the steel net rack coal yard (2), and the system can achieve communication and coal blending between the gas film coal yard (1) and the steel net rack coal yard (2) while ensuring independence and gas tightness of the gas film coal yard (1).
