Abstract:
The present invention relates to a gas frying device, comprising: a heating part for generating combustion heat by emitting heat; a front case having a first through hole, through which the combustion heat of the heating part can pass, and formed in a plate shape; a first distributor provided at the rear surface of the front case and formed as a case, having a path provided therein, so as to have a second through hole communicating with the first through hole and one pair of a first penetration hole and a second penetration hole symmetrically formed in an oval shape at both sides of the second through hole; a rear case positioned so as to correspond to the front case and formed as a case having a path provided therein, and provided with a discharge hole at the upper part thereof and having one pair of a third penetration hole and a fourth penetration hole formed at the lower end thereof; a second distributor provided to the front surface of the rear surface and formed as a case, having a path provided therein, so as to be provided with a third through hole, a fourth through hole and a fifth through hole, respectively corresponding to the second through hole, the first penetration hole and the second penetration hole of the first distributor; a first pipe provided between the first distributor and the second distributor and provided with a first path therein so as to enable the second through hole and the third through hole to communicate with each other; a second pipe provided in parallel to the first pipe and divided into a second upper path and a second lower path therein such that the second upper path enables the first penetration hole and the fourth through hole to communicate with each other and the second lower path enables the first penetration hole and the third penetration hole to communicate with each other; and a third pipe provided in parallel to the first pipe and divided into a third upper path and a third lower path therein such that the third upper path enables the second penetration hole and the fifth through hole to communicate with each other and the third lower path enables the second penetration hole and the fourth penetration hole to communicate with each other.
