Abstract:
A gas-injection boiler for oil field, which includes a coal burning grate (2) on
the bottom of the boiler body (1), bellows (3) arranged under the grate, the firebox
(5) on the upper part of the boiler body, the wall of the firebox being membrane-tube wall
(17), a water-cooled intermediate arch (7) arranged on top of the grate at the
middle part of the firebox, a sealing door (4) provided at the rear part of the firebox,
at the back of the firebox there is a smoke-dust settlement chamber (11), on top
of which provide an economizer (9), the export of which is connected to a dusting
and desulfurizing device (10). It is a uniflow coal burning chain boiler with
subcritical pressure that, as compared with conventional oil burning boiler, can
completely replace oil by coal and can save a great quantity of precious oil. This
boiler has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and reaches the standards
of environmental protection.
