Abstract:
This gas-insulated electric apparatus (1) is provided with a covering film (5) that covers the inner surface of a grounded tank (2) of which the interior is filled with an insulating gas. The covering film (5) is formed from an insulating dielectric covering film that becomes more positively charged than a metal in a triboelectric series, the covering film (5) is positively charged by contacting metal foreign matter (6), and at the same time the metal foreign matter (6) is negatively charged by contacting the covering film (5). When a high-voltage conductor (3) is negatively charged, a Coulomb force in the direction of separation from the high-voltage conductor (3) takes effect on the metal foreign matter (6) contacting the covering film (5), suppressing the flotation of the metal foreign matter (6) within the grounded tank (2).
