Abstract:
In the present invention, a non-linear resistive film (5) composed of an insulation material and a non-linear resistive material is provided to an inner surface of a grounded tank (2). The non-linear resistive film (5) is formed so as to contain more of the non-linear resistive material on a center conductor (3) side than on a grounded tank (2) side. Due to this configuration, it is possible to provide a gas insulated switch device with which even the flowing of charge into a metal foreign object from the grounded tank can be suppressed, while partial discharging around the metal foreign object is also being suppressed.
