Abstract:
A gas insulated switchgear that is small in size and flexible in device arrangement independently of a cable connection direction and the specification of a measurement device such as, for example, a current transformer and a voltage transformer can be obtained in such a way that: a pressure container 1 is disposed between the operation mechanism 14 of a circuit breaker 3 and a power cable 9; a step portion 1s is provided at the corner of the pressure container 1 on the power cable 9 side; a step portion outside hollow 1hua is formed outside the step portion 1s and inside a housing 100; a current transformer 5 of each of three-phases is disposed in the step portion outside hollow 1hua; and a primary conductor of the current transformer 5 and the power cable 9 are connected to each other through a power cable connection bushing 7 penetrating the wall portion of the housing 100, which is interposed between the step portion outside hollow 1hua and the power cable 9.
