Abstract:
This gas-insulated switching apparatus (50) has: a main circuit conductor (1) that forms a bus; a tank (2) having a tubular main barrel (21), the main circuit conductor (1) that forms the bus being disposed in the center of the main barrel (21); and a grounding switch tank (34) that is a branch tube in which there is disposed a movable contact (32), which is a branching line that branches from the main circuit conductor (1) that forms the bus, the grounding switch tank (34) being connected to the main barrel (21). A tube surface (211) of the main barrel (21) has a spherical shape, and an opening section (213) through which the movable contact (32) passes is formed in the tube surface (211).
