Abstract:
While rotation of a transverse wheel is prevented to effect ignition lock, a series of operations for generation of sparks by the rotation of a rasp wheel attending the operation of the transverse wheel and the spouting of fuel gas caused by the operation of depressing an actuation lever are effected, adding the operation of releasing the lock state to the series of operations to thereby improve the operability, operating reliability and durability being thus obtained by a simple construction. The rotary shaft (65) of transverse wheels (62) fixed to the opposite sides of the rasp wheel (61) of an ignition means (6) is rotatably and obliquely movably supported in a bearing hole (26) in a column (25), and an irregular portion (62a) formed on the outer periphery of the transverse wheel (62) is engaged with a locking portion (85) formed on the rear lower portion of a cap (8) to prevent rotation of the rasp wheel (61) to effect ignition lock, while pushing the transverse wheel (62) to release the lock between it and the cap (8), thereby effecting the lock release for the rasp wheel (61), and enabling firing.
