Abstract:
Disclosed is a gas-liquid spraying and dust suppression system for a fully mechanized mining face, which relates to the field of dust suppression systems. The gas-liquid spraying and dust suppression system for the fully mechanized mining face comprises an atomizing and humidifying sub system, a boundary mist curtain sub system and a dust mist recycling sub system which are all arranged at the outer side of the fully mechanized mining face. The boundary mist curtain sub system comprises a high-pressure knife shaped spray nozzle mounted on a hydraulic bracket; the atomizing and humidifying sub system comprises a spraying dust suppressor which is mounted on a rocker arm of a coal mining machine, and sprayed water mist completely covers the high-pressure knife shaped spray nozzle; and the dust mist recycling sub system comprises a wind-water linked dust removal device mounted on a semi-surrounding type supporting base, and is arranged below the spraying dust faller for collecting water mist sprayed by the spraying dust suppressor. Compared with the existing technology, the dust suppression system of the present application may improve the dust suppression effect, and effectively control the dust concentration of the fully mechanized mining face, even a whole mining area.
