The present application provides a gas measurement device, a gas measurement method, and an air purification system. The gas measurement device comprises a shell, a cover plate, a first sensing assembly, a filter screen assembly, and a control module. The shell is provided with an accommodating space, and an interface is arranged in the accommodating space. The cover plate is detachably and correspondingly arranged on the shell, an opening is formed in the cover plate, and the interface is arranged corresponding to the opening. The first sensing assembly is arranged in the accommodating space and is detachably connected to the interface, and the first sensing assembly comprises at least one first sensor. The filter screen assembly is correspondingly arranged at the opening, a through hole is formed in the filter screen assembly, and the through hole allows for passing of a gas. The control module is electrically connected to the first sensing assembly and is used for controlling the first sensing assembly to measure the gas and obtain gas data.
