Abstract:
Provided is a simple and highly effective gas mist inhaler that utilizes the physiological action of carbon dioxide or oxygen. Said inhaler is provided with: a gas supply means (11) that supplies oxygen, carbon dioxide, or a mixture of oxygen and carbon dioxide (hereinafter "the gas"); first and second liquid supply means (21A, 21B) that supply first and second liquids; a gas mist generation means (31) that generates a mist (hereinafter "the gas mist") by atomizing the first and second liquids with the gas dissolved therein; an inhalation member (71) provided with an inhalation port (72) through which the gas mist is inhaled into a body; and a liquid cycling means (41) for supplying liquid that has accumulated in the gas mist generation means (31) back into said gas mist generation means (31). The gas mist is inhaled into the upper and/or lower respiratory tract of the body.
