Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a gas oven having parallel stations or synchronous control comprising multiple temperature sensors (1, 12) and a controller (4). The gas oven comprises multiple processing stations. A gas intake device comprises dampers, a gas transmission pipeline and a main gas valve. The gas intake device also comprises an external gas supply source which is connected to the gas transmission pipeline and a baking plate (39). The main gas valve and the dampers are respectively disposed on the main gas transmission pipeline and gas transmission branch pipelines. The multiple processing stations are respectively provided with multiple gas transmission branch pipelines, which are respectively provided with dampers. Further comprised is a communication module, connected to a remote control to achieve control by means of a remote terminal or a mobile app. The controller (4) stores a menu of multiple preset temperature values for controlling the multiple stations.
