Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of physico-chemical analysis of a gas sample comprising a carrier gas in which chlorine gas is diluted, the physico-chemical analysis method comprising: a) a step of converting the chlorine of the gas sample into chlorine dioxide in a conversion vial; b) a step of acquiring an absorption spectrum of the gas sample after carrying out step a) in a measurement cell which is fluidically connected to the conversion vial; and c) a step of mathematically processing the absorption spectrum with a view to deducing the concentration of chlorine dioxide in the gas sample therefrom.
