Abstract:
[Problem] To accurately measure the concentration of a gas to be detected even if the gas to be detected and miscellaneous gas are mixed. [Solution] The present invention is provided with a first sensor unit S1 capable of detecting the mixed concentration of a first gas and second gas, a second sensor unit S2 that has a higher detection sensitivity to the second gas than the first gas, and a signal processing circuit 20 for calculating the concentration of the first gas by subtracting the concentration of the second gas detected by the second sensor unit from the mixed concentration detected by the first sensor unit S1. Because the concentration of the second gas detected by the second sensor unit S2 is subtracted from the mixed concentration detected by the first sensor unit S1, the present invention makes it possible to cancel the effect of the second gas, which is miscellaneous gas, and accurately calculate the concentration of the first gas, which is the gas to be detected.
