Abstract:
Provided are: a gas separation membrane which has small variation in separation selectivity of propane and carbon dioxide; a gas separation membrane module; and a gas separation device. The gas separation membrane, the gas separation membrane module and the gas separation device sequentially comprise a supporting body, a resin layer, a separation layer and a protection layer in this order; the resin layer contains a compound having a siloxane bond; the protection layer and the separation layer are in direct contact with each other; the composition of the protection layer is different from the composition of the resin layer; the composition of the protection layer is different from the composition of the separation layer; and the separation layer has a maximum value of the silicon atom content of 2 atomic% or less in the composition of the protection layer-side half thereof in the thickness direction.
