Abstract:
The invention relates to a device and a method of using a degreasing device in order to stop grease particles transported by a gas stream. The inventive device comprises an enclosure which is fitted with at least one wall that is arranged so as to retain, at least partly, the grease particles. Said device also comprises means for impregnating the wall with an aqueous solution that is mixed with a sufficient quantity of solvent in order to deconstruct the surface of the film of grease particles formed on the wall.
