Abstract:
Provided are a gas throttle structure constituting a static pressure gas bearing in which gas is jetted obliquely from a jet end of a pocket hole portion while throttle area is reduced, and a static pressure gas bearing. A gas throttle structure 140 is used in a static pressure gas bearing 100 that is formed on a single base material and that jets compressed air G supporting a collar C in a non-contact state. The gas throttle structure 140 comprises a gas flow path portion 141 that communicates with an air supply source that supplies compressed air G, and a pocket hole portion 142 in which a jetting end 142b communicating with an outlet end 141a of the gas flow path portion 141 faces the collar C. Part of the pocket hole portion 142 and part of the gas flow path portion 141 overlap when viewed from the jetting spout end 142b side of the pocket hole portion 142, and a center axis Ac of the gas flow path portion 141 and a center axis Ap of the pocket hole portion 142 are eccentric when viewed from the jetting spout end 142b side of the pocket hole portion 142.
