Abstract:
This gas turbine is provided with an exhaust diffuser (5) in which is formed an exhaust passage (Pe) for channeling exhaust gas from a turbine, and a cooling device (6) for cooling a structure in the exhaust diffuser (5) that faces the exhaust passage (Pe). The cooling device (6) has: a guiding part (7) for guiding a cooling medium to the structure, a guiding passage (Pg) for channeling the cooling medium being formed inside the guiding part (7); and a switching part (8) that can switch between a first state in which the flow rate of the cooling medium flowing through the guiding passage (Pg) is brought to a first flow rate corresponding to a rated operation, and a second state in which the flow rate is brought to a second flow rate greater than the first flow rate.
