Abstract:
A gas turbine (1) has: a compressor (2) for generating compressed air; a wheel casing (5) into which the compressed air is introduced; a combustor (3) for generating combustion gas; a turbine (4) driven by the combustion gas; a combustor cooling system (6) having a sub-compressor (62) capable of operating independently of the compressor (2), the combustor cooling system (6) also having a heat exchanger (61) which extracts air within the wheel casing (5), increases the pressure of the air by means of the sub-compressor (62), and then subjects the air to heat exchange, the combustor cooling system (6) introducing the air, which has been subjected to the heat exchange, into a cooling passage in the cylinder body (30) of the combustor (3); and a combustor air introduction system for extracting air which flows through the combustor cooling system (6), and introducing the air into the combustor (3).
