Provided is a gasification device for low-pressure liquefied gas for which inner heat transfer pipes are provided within gasification pipes, and for which vibration does not easily occur in this gasification device and/or a piping system connected to this gasification device when low-temperature liquefied gas is gasified. This gasification device is equipped with: multiple gasification pipes (21); inter-gasification pipe distribution pipes (22) that distribute low-temperature liquefied gas to the respective gasification pipes (21); and multiple inner heat transfer pipes (25), which are arranged within the gasification pipes (21) and are shorter than the gasification pipes (21). In addition, the inter-gasification pipe distribution pipes (22) supply low-temperature liquefied gas to outer spaces (S1) formed between the gasification pipes (21) and the inner heat transfer pipes (25), and to inner spaces (S2) within the inner heat transfer pipes (25), respectively, and the inner heat transfer pipes (25) cause a portion of the low-temperature liquefied gas flowing in the inner spaces (S2) to converge with the gasified low-temperature liquefied gas flowing in the outer spaces (S1) before reaching the upper ends of the inner heat transfer pipes (25).
