Abstract:
Disclosed is a gasification furnace having a double spiral burner arrangement, belonging to the technical field of coal gasification. The gasification furnace comprises a gasification furnace body and several first burners and several second burners arranged on the inner wall of a hearth of the gasification furnace in spiral lines with the same rotation direction; burner ports of the first burners and the second burners all face towards the center of the hearth of the gasification furnace; on the same horizontal plane in the hearth, one second burner is centrosymmetrical to each first burner about the center of the furnace; the first burners and the second burners all deflect obliquely upwards towards the inner wall of the hearth of the gasification furnace at the same angle; and the deflection directions of the first burners and the second burners are the same as the rotation directions of the spiral lines on which the first burners and the second burners are arranged respectively. The double spiral multi-dimensional arrangement form of the first burners and the second burners causes gasified pulverized coal to form double cyclones diffused outwards and mutually promoted, so that the center temperature of the gasification furnace is reduced, and ash particles are diffused in the radial direction, thereby greatly reducing the amount of fly ashes, and increasing the production amount of slag.
