Abstract:
A gasket material in which a crosslinked rubber layer is formed on a metal plate, said crosslinked rubber layer obtained by blending 30-200 parts by weight of titanium oxide with respect to 100 parts by weight of NBR or hydrogenated NBR, wherein blistering resistance is improved, thereby exhibiting an excellent effect of eliminating rubber peeling of the gasket inside an engine, thus leading to an improvement in terms of engine defects. Furthermore, by using NBR or hydrogenated NBR there also is the advantage of having a lower cost than fluorine-containing rubber, which enables effective use as a gasket material for a cylinder head gasket or the like.
