Abstract:
A gate drive circuit comprises N stages of circuit units. The nth-stage circuit unit (where 1≦n≦N, and n and N are positive integers) comprises a forward and reverse scanning control module (01), an output module (02) and a stage transfer signal generation module (03). A stage transfer signal from the (n-b)th-stage circuit unit and a stage transfer signal from the (n+b)th-stage circuit unit are respectively input to two control ends of the forward and reverse scanning control module (01), and a second clock signal (CKb) and a third clock signal (CKc) are respectively input to two input ends of the the forward and reverse scanning control module (01), such that the forward and reverse scanning control module (01) has a forward and reverse scanning function and a bootstrap function. When scanning is paused, clearing operations are performed with respect to a pull-up control node (netAn) and a current-stage gate scan signal line, thereby preventing transverse stripes caused by a thin film transistor in the output module (01) that has been in a positive bias stress state while the scanning was paused. A stage transfer node (Tn) in the stage transfer signal generation module (03) stores a high voltage level stage transfer signal while scanning is paused, and activates the forward and reverse scanning control module (01) in the (n+b)-stage circuit unit after the scanning pause is finished.
