Abstract:
A gate driver (10) is provided with: a low-voltage circuit chip (60) including a low-voltage circuit that operates by having a first voltage applied thereto; a high-voltage circuit chip (70) including a high-voltage circuit that operates by having a second voltage higher than the first voltage applied thereto; and a first transformer chip (80A) and a second transformer chip (80B) connected in series. The low-voltage circuit chip (60) and the high-voltage circuit chip (70) are connected via the first transformer chip (80A) and the second transformer chip (80B), and transmit signals via the respective transformer chips (80A, 80B).
