Abstract:
This gateway device (GW) is configured to collect data from one or a plurality of weight sensors (51, 52) installed on a monitored device (100) and transmit the collected data to a server. The gateway device (GW) comprises: a data receiving unit (112) which receives weight data monitored by the one or plurality of weight sensors (51, 52); a storage device (116) which stores weight data; an arithmetic processing unit (114) which on the basis of a conversion rule indicating a relationship between an operation time of a monitored device and a change amount of the weight data, converts the weight data into an actual operation time of the monitored device; and a data transmission unit (118) which transmits the actual operation time to the server in the cloud.
