The present invention relates to a gear box having a clearance compensation apparatus capable of adjusting and compensating for a clearance between gears when transferring a driving power, a differential power horizontal and vertical switching-type actuator module, and the clearance compensation apparatus, and comprises: a housing; a first gear which is installed in the housing to be freely rotatable and is rotated about a first rotary shaft; a second gear which is installed in the housing to be freely rotatable, is rotated about a second rotary shaft, and is engaged with the first gear; and the clearance compensation apparatus which is installed in the housing, and elastically presses the first rotary shaft toward the second gear so as to compensate for a clearance between the first gear and the second gear or adjust the clearance to be an appropriate state in order to prevent loosening of the first gear and the second gear.
