Abstract:
The present invention relates to a steering apparatus and method. Particularly, the present invention requires a simpler configuration than the prior art by driving, using a gear, a tiller and a rudder stock which operate a rudder, and thereby can reduce costs and advance quality improvement. In addition, due to driving using a gear as stated above, there is no limitation to the steering angle, and it is possible to maintain a constant steering force over an entire area.
