Abstract:
A gear device (1) is equipped with an internally-toothed gear (12), an externally-toothed gear (11), an input shaft (10) inserted in a rotatable manner into a central hole (11a) formed in the externally-toothed gear (11), and an autorotation prevention part (19) that prevents the autorotation of the externally-toothed gear (11). The input shaft (10) has an eccentric part (10a). The autorotation prevention part (19) is provided so as to be capable of rotation around the axis of the input shaft (10) when the input shaft (10) is inserted. The gear device (1) is provided with a brake device (15), for the purpose of preventing movement of the autorotation prevention part (19) around the input shaft (10), and a clutch device (16), for the purpose of switching between a connected state wherein the autorotation prevention part (19) and the input shaft (10) are connected so as to rotate integrally, and a disconnected state which allows relative rotation therebetween.
