Abstract:
A gear grinding machine capable of controlling sizes of ground teeth of processed gears, comprising a base (1), a hydraulic cylinder (9) being provided at one end of the upper surface of the base (1), a hydraulic telescopic rod (10) being provided at the top portion of the hydraulic cylinder (9), the top portion of the hydraulic telescopic rod (10) being fixedly connected to one end of a connector (11), and the other end of the connector (11) being divided into two portions that are respectively fixedly connected to the surface of a first hollow block (12) and the surface of a second hollow block (13). According to the gear grinding machine capable of controlling sizes of ground teeth of processed gears, a plurality of gears are sleeved on a first round rod (3), a second round rod (7) is lowered to contact with the first round rod (3) by means of lowering the hydraulic telescopic rod (10), and the gears sleeved on the first round rod (3) are clamped tightly by means of a clamping block (6) that is provided on the bottom portion of the second round rod (7). The gear grinding machine grinds the gears by means of starting a motor (14), after grinding the gears on one portion, rotates the first round rod (3) and the second round rod (7) by moving an adjusting rod (8), and grinds the gears on another portion after restarting the motor (14).
