Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a gear-hydraulic-multiple-disc integrated multi-mode combined transmission device. The device comprises an input assembly, a hydraulic transmission mechanism, a front planetary gear mechanism, a multi-disc continuously variable transmission mechanism, a rear planetary gear mechanism, an output assembly, a clutch assembly and a brake assembly, wherein an output end of the input assembly is respectively connected to an input end of the hydraulic transmission mechanism and an input end of the front planetary gear mechanism by means of the clutch assembly; an output end of the hydraulic transmission mechanism is respectively connected to the front planetary gear mechanism and the rear planetary gear mechanism by means of the clutch assembly; the front planetary gear mechanism, the multi-disc continuously variable transmission mechanism, the rear planetary gear mechanism and the output assembly are sequentially connected by means of the clutch assembly; and the clutch assembly and the brake assembly provide a continuous transmission ratio between the input assembly and the output assembly. The prevent invention can meet multi-working-condition operation requirements of engineering machinery, increase the utilization rate of engine power, and improve fuel economy.
