Abstract:
Disclosed is a gear-machining surface grinding device, the device comprising a bottom plate and a top cover, wherein a top housing is mounted on the top of the bottom plate, and a center line of the top housing and a center line of the bottom plate are located along the same vertical straight line; a machining recess is provided in the top of the top housing, and a top recess is provided in the center of the interior of the machining recess; and the top cover is arranged inside the top recess, and an ejecting rod is mounted at the bottom of the top cover. By means of the invention, firstly, the convenience of fixing a gear is improved, and automatic adjustment can be conducted according to an inner diameter of the gear; secondly, in a material returning process after machining is completed, a push rod moves downwards to drive a material ejecting plate to move upwards, such that the machined gear is ejected from the machining recess; and for a traditional grinding device, the bottom of the gear is always tightly attached to a surface of a machining platform, such that inconvenience exists in a material taking process, while after the gear is ejected from the machining recess, a material taking speed after the gear is machined can be greatly improved.
