Abstract:
A gear pair and a nutation speed reducer, used for solving the problems that according to an existing nutation cycloidal pin gear pair, an effective working arc length on a tooth surface of a pin gear is very short, and local abrasion is easy to occur after long-term work, and although the number of teeth participating in work at the same time is large, the relative curvature between the pin gear and the tooth surface of the cycloid gear is large, thus causing the contact stress on the tooth surface to be large. The gear pair is formed by meshing teeth of a pin gear (400) and teeth of a non-instantaneous-center enveloping gear (500); a working tooth surface of the pin gear (400) is formed by elliptical conical pieces (b) protruding outward; and a distance between the highest point and the lowest point on each elliptical conical piece (b) on a same cross section is gradually decreased along the generatrix of the conical surface from outside to inside along the radial direction of the pin gear. The elliptical conical pieces (b) are used as the working tooth surface for meshing the pin gear (400) with the non-instantaneous-center enveloping gear (500), such that the length of the working tooth surface is increased, the bearing capacity of the teeth is improved, and meanwhile, the wear of the teeth is reduced and the wear of the working tooth surface is reduced.
