Abstract:
A gear ring-free planetary magnetic gear transmission system, comprising a gear ring-free planetary gear part, a magnetic gear part, and a transmission part. The gear ring-free planetary gear part comprises an input end planetary carrier (4), an output end planetary carrier (11), as well as four sets of sun magnetic gears (E6, F7, G8, H9) and planetary magnetic gears (A21, B18, C17, D14), so as to achieve gear ring-free planetary gear transmission; the magnetic gear part is made of permanent magnets and magnetic poles are evenly distributed, so as to achieve magnetic gear transmission by means of an opposites attract effect; the transmission system comprises levers (I20, II16), synchronizers (a, b, c, d), an input shaft (1), and the sun magnetic gears, so that the levers can control operation of the synchronizers and the input shaft is separately connected to the four sun magnetic gears to generate different transmission ratios. The transmission system has the advantages of overload protection, being clean and green, low processing requirement, large transmission ratio, simple transmission method, large transmission range, and wide application scene.
