Abstract:
A gear shift mechanism having internal dual clutches comprises a shell (1); a hollow shaft tube (2), a low speed gear assembly (3), a high speed gear assembly (4), a push pressure plate assembly (5), a shift lever (6), an output shaft (7) and a differential (8) which are arranged in the shell (1); and a shift driving device (9) fixed on the shell (1) and driving the shift lever (6) to move back and forth. The push pressure plate assembly is axially movably connected to the hollow shaft tube (2), but is relatively fixed in the circumferential direction. The center of the push pressure plate assembly (5) and the shift lever (6) are both arranged in an inner bore of the hollow shaft tube (2). The front part of the shift lever (6) is fixed axially opposite the center of the push pressure plate assembly (5), but is movably connected in the circumferential direction. The input end of the differential (8) and the output ends of the low speed gear assembly (3) and the high speed gear assembly (4) are all fixed on the output shaft (7). The gear shift mechanism has simple control method, and is simple in structure and low in cost.
