A gear-shifting assembly and a gearbox. The gear-shifting assembly comprises: a gear-shifting hub (10), a gear-shifting-type line slot (11) being provided on an outer wall of the gear-shifting hub; and a shift fork (30), which comprises a shift-fork shift finger (32), the shift-fork shift finger (32) being located in the gear-shifting-type line slot (11) of the gear-shifting hub (10) and sliding along the gear-shifting-type line slot (11), so as to drive the shift fork to move in an axial direction, wherein the shift-fork shift finger (32) is of a non-axisymmetric blocky structure. By means of the shift-fork shift finger (32) of a non-axisymmetric blocky structure, the contact area between the shift-fork shift finger (32) and the gear-shifting-type line slot (11) can be increased, and the local abrasion is small. In addition, the volume of the shift-fork shift finger (32) can also be increased, so that the strength and rigidity of the shift-fork shift finger (32) are improved, and the service life of the shift-fork shift finger (32) may be prolonged overall.
