Abstract:
A gearbox fault early warning method and system based on working condition similarity evaluation, which can automatically identify a historical working condition most similar to a current working condition of a gearbox, and, by means of longitudinal comparison with historical operation monitoring data of the gearbox, analyze the similarity between historical monitoring data and current monitoring data under the same working condition or similar working conditions, thus realizing fault early warning of monitored parameters of the gearbox. On the basis of the proposed analysis method of longitudinal comparison with historical data, a gearbox oil temperature early warning model, a front end bearing temperature early warning model, a gearbox rear end bearing temperature early warning model, an oil pump outlet pressure early warning model and an oil pump inlet pressure early warning model are separately established, and, by fusing output results of the early warning models, comprehensive evaluation of an operation state of a gearbox is realized. The method has low algorithm complexity and high calculation efficiency, and has high model universality, thus being suitable for gearbox operation monitoring data of various doubly-fed machine types and under different environment conditions and different working conditions.
