Title:
GEARBOX AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/052324
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a technique for contributing to an improvement in the ease of assembly of a gearbox. A fork mechanism (20) is configured by respectively mounting fork rods (FS1, FS2, FS3), to which shift forks (F1, F2, F3) are connected, onto a pedestal (22) so as to be able to move in an axial direction. An assembly guide section (30) is provided to the pedestal (22), and a guide pin (19) is erected so as to be in contact with a clutch housing (12). Due to this configuration, even if an input shaft (2) and main shaft (4) onto which driving and driven gears and a synchronizer device have been assembled are to be assembled onto the clutch housing (12) in a state where the driving and driven gears are engaged with one another and thereafter the fork mechanism (20) is to be assembled onto the clutch housing (12), the fork mechanism (20) can be easily assembled onto the clutch housing (12).
