Abstract:
The present invention provides a gelatin gel that has various new physical properties and can be more widely used compared to conventional gelatin gels. The present invention provides a gel having a pH of 6.0 or less, and containing a gelatin, and guanylic acid and/or a guanylate. The present invention provides a gelatin gel that has various new physical properties and can be more widely used compared to conventional gelatin gels as a result of adjusting the pH and added amounts of guanylic acid and/or a guanylate.
