Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a gelatinous composition which shows a high affinity to the skin and which exhibits an excellent temporal stability while maintaining a smooth feeling on use. The gelatinous composition according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a biosurfactant, water and/or a polyhydric alcohol, an oil component, and an unsaturated seven-membered ring compound, wherein the unsaturated seven-membered ring compound is contained in an amount of 0.01-3 wt%, and is gelatinous.
