Abstract:

Disclosed are an agent and method for controlling gelation which are capable of completely controlling the fluidity of a fluid compound. Specifically disclosed is a gelation controlling agent which is added to a fluid compound for transforming the fluid compound from a liquid state to a gel state through irradiation of ultrasonic wave. The fluid compound in a gel state can be returned to a liquid state by heating.
