A gene sequencing reaction device, a gene sequencing system, and a gene sequencing reaction method. The gene sequencing reaction device comprises a supporting platform (8), an immersion container disposed on the supporting platform (8) and having an immersion reaction region, a temperature control device, and a transfer device. The immersion reaction region is used for containing a chemistry reagent for a gene sequencing reaction, and is used for immersing a sequencing chip (2) whose surface is provided with a DNA sample loading structure and on which a DNA sample is loaded, into the chemistry reagent to carry out a gene sequencing reaction. The temperature control device is used for controlling the temperature of the chemistry reagent in the immersion reaction region. The transfer device is used for inserting the sequencing chip (2) into the immersion reaction region or drawing the sequencing chip (2) from the immersion reaction region. The gene sequencing reaction device can implement a gene sequencing reaction process by immersing the sequencing chip into the chemistry reagent.
