Abstract:

A general-purpose nanochip for mass spectrum analysis, a preparation method for same, and clinical application of same, relating to the technical field of mass spectrum analysis. A host material (2) of the nanochip is a silicon-based semiconductor material, array spotting holes (1) are distributed on the surface of the host material (2), and the inner surface of each spotting hole (1) is a nanostructure; the surface of the host material (2) has a regional hydrophobic modification, the region inside the array spotting holes (1) is a hydrophilic region, and the region outside the spotting holes (1) is a hydrophobic region; or the region inside the spotting holes (1) is the hydrophobic region, and the region outside the spotting holes (1) is the hydrophilic region. The nanostructure can extract molecules on the surface of a biological tissue sample to be tested, thereby improving laser energy absorption and utilization, and further improving ionization efficiency and enhancing a mass spectrum signal. The nanochip can be widely applied to the field of clinical testing.
