Abstract:
The present invention relates to a general-purpose synthetic resin mask using a Velcro inserting-type filter exchange mode, and an injection molding device and a manufacturing method therefor. To accomplish the aforementioned purpose, the general-purpose synthetic resin mask using a Velcro inserting-type filter exchange mode, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a mask guide supporting a filter insertion part therein in a border shape and formed from a synthetic resin together with the filter insertion part by injection molding using an upper mold and a lower mold; and a filter-attaching Velcro placed on the front side of filter-attaching Velcro end formation parts of the lower mold during an injection molding step for the mask guide and the filter insertion part, and inserted by being fixed through Velcro end insertion holes of the upper mold so as to be formed at the mask guide. Thus, the present invention remarkably reduces manufacturing time by one-stop type injection molding using a mold, and provides a sanitary effect by replacing a filter.
