Abstract:
A general steel sleeve structure of a multi-specification shield machine and a use method thereof. The general steel sleeve structure comprises: a sleeve body (1) that is of a cylindrical structure having an opening end, a supporting frame (11) being provided at the bottom of the sleeve body (1); multiple telescopic mechanisms (2) that are provided on the inner wall of the sleeve body (1) in the circumferential direction, each telescopic mechanism (2) having one end fixed on the inner wall of the sleeve body (1) and the other end being a free end, and the telescopic mechanism (2) performing telescoping motion in the radial direction of the sleeve body (1); multiple airbags (3) that are provided on the inner wall of the sleeve body (1) in the circumferential direction, an air inflation device being provided to inflate the airbags (3); feed pipes (4) that enable the inside and outside of the sleeve body (1) to be communicated with each other and are used for feeding materials into the sleeve body (1); and a reaction frame (5) that is provided at one end of the sleeve body (1), the reaction frame (5) being of a triangular support structure as a whole.
