PATENT APPLICATION

GENERAL TRANSMISSION

General transmission by any engine directly or through any known transmission (T) that is on the shaft (O) and can rotate around it, receives the power, i.e. the torque at angular velocity of the transmission (T), i.e. the force acting on the rope (P) that is bound to the winch (V) that is by ropes (S, E), the winch (N) connected to the winch (Z), so that the winches (V; N) are on the construction (K) that can rotate around the shaft (O), than the force through the winch (Z) that is on the winch (C), which is through the shafts (D) on the construction (K) and in connection with a rope (H) for the construction (K), and with the rope (F) to the winch (G) that is on the construction (K) through the shaft (R) and the lever (J) connected to the construction (K), so that the force in winches is increased several times, (V; N; Z) for a ratio between their larger radii with smaller radii, they act through the rope (M) on the construction (K) creating the torque, while the resistance acting on the shaft (A) caused by the force in the rope (M) is opposed by the equilibrium system of force in the lever (J) with the winches (G; C), indicated therewith, allows

1. The torque by the engine to increase, and the angular velocity by the engine to stay the same, i.e. to increase the power.

2. Easy connecting of several general transmissions into a series that increases the power and makes such system that to each one the previous one is the engine.

Description:
GENERAL TRANSMISSION

General transmission is an invention that belongs in broader sense to the area of mechanical engineering, and in narrow sense into the devices for transmission of mechanical energy.

Technical problem that is being resolved by this invention consists in how to resolve in construction way a device that would increase the torque during transmission of mechanical energy, while at the same time keeping the same angular velocity,

The deficiency of the known device, the reduction drive in transmission of mechanical energy is in that it increases the torque, while reducing angular velocity.

General transmission is a device designed in such a way that during transmission of mechanical energy by any known engine increases the torque, keeps the same angular velocity, and therewith the engine power increases as many times as is the ratio between the general transmission torque and the engine torque.

The invention is described in detail on the example of presentation shown on the draft in which:

General transmission from any engine directly or through any known transmission (T) that is on the shaft (O) and it can rotate around it, receives the strength, i.e. torque at angular velocity of transmission (T) i.e. the force acting on the rope (P) tied to a winch (V) that is by the ropes (S, E) connected to the winch (Z) so that winches (V and N) are on the construction (K) that can rotate around the shaft (O), than the force through the winch (Z) located on the winch (C) that is through the shaft (D) on the construction (K) also in connection with the rope (M) for the construction (K), and with the rope (F) with winch (G) that is on the construction (K) through the shaft (R) and the lever (J) connected with the construction (K), so that the increased force many times in the winches (V, N, Z), for the rat between their larger radii and their smaller radii, acts through the rope (M) on the construction (K), creates torque, while the resistance acting on the shaft (A) caused by the force in the rope (M), is opposed by equilibrium system of force in the lever (J) with winches (G, C).

The resistance acting on the shaft (A), appeared due to the force in the rope (M) acts on the winch (C) which, through the rope (F), acts on the winch (G) that is by lever (J) connected with the construction (K).

Extended lever (J) that has the direction of the shaft axis (O) towards the winch (G) that is through the rope (F), winch (C), and the rope (H) acts on the construction (K), creating equilibrium system of forces in the rope (F) with the force on the shaft (R), i.e. their torques.

Acting of the force from the engine through the transmission (T), rope (P), winches (V, N, Z), generates increased force in the rope (M) causing the appearance of the resistance in the shaft (A) acting on the winch (G), which through the rope (F) acts on the winch (G) aiming to extend more already much extended lever (J), and the lever (J) tends to return to equilibrium state.

At tending of the lever (J) to return to the equilibrium state, there is a force by the lever acting on the shaft (R), i.e. the construction (K) that creates the torque while the force from the lever that has been acting in the rope (F) is reduced by the value of resistance as the reaction due to the force in the rope (M).

The winch (C) enables the resistance in the shaft (A), to be transformed from reaction into action that acts on the equilibrium system of lever, which is at the same time rotating bearing.

General transmission is defined with generalized forces, generalized moments, rotating bearing, resistance that is resolved to be an action opposing the equilibrium system of lever (J) with winches (G; C). Design solution of general transmission enables the angular velocities of the engine, transmission, general transmission to be the same as they are in a relative and strong relationship and general transmission has to follow them.

As the angular velocity is the same, and the torque of general transmission is many times larger than the torque of the engine, transmission, the power of general transmission is as many times larger as the ratio between its torque and the torque of the engine, transmission.

Connecting several general transmissions into a series, to each the previous is the engine.

Winches can be connected by ropes, chains, levers, and in a combination.
