THE GENERAL WATERWAYS AND UNDERWATER PIER BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention: The present invention is a part of the bridge construction among the road construction, and the hereto technologies manifest extensive technical limitations due to underwater construction.

Description of the Prior Art: Generally, Safe arrival based construction method for the general waterways and the underwater pier was leveraged for the construction by securing space based on the infusion of air after blocking the water at the time of existing underwater construction.

The present invention purports to recommend innovative technology pertaining to the construction of pier, an important bridge which is a road structure within the area of construction, and as such to reduce the air, prevent industrial calamity and increase quality of key structure, which result in the reduction of national budget.

The purpose of the present invention to prevent oxidation of the steel, solve problems pertaining to the cast of underwater concrete, and to solve all types of technical problems that may result at the time of underwater construction, all at the same time, to

contribute to the national business, which is SOC, by leveraging modification in the construction method of pier, often used in the underwater construction among the construction of bridges which is a major structure.

Technological Initiatives that the Invention Intends to Resolve Technological initiatives that the safe arrival based construction method for the construction of pier include; prevention of steel oxidation caused during the underwater construction, strict quantification of pier structure, optimization of quality since installation is conducted after the production from the outside, outside of the underwater, protection of human lives by significant reduction in the frequency of underwater construction, air reduction, or reduced budget due to reduction in the construction cost.
