Title:
GENERATED-HEAT-QUANTITY MEASURING METHOD AND GENERATED-HEAT-QUANTITY MEASURING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/198504
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A generated-heat-quantity measuring method according to this disclosure is a generated-heat-quantity measuring method for measuring a generated heat quantity of a heat-generating component installed on a board. Said generated-heat-quantity measuring method includes: a step for measuring, by providing a heat-exchanging component that exchanges heat with a heat-generating component, a first heat quantity that is exchanged between the heat-exchanging component and the heat-generating component, a first component temperature of the heat-generating component, and a first board temperature of the board; a step for calculating a first heat resistance between the heat-generating component and the board by using the first heat quantity, the first component temperature, and the first board temperature; a step for measuring, by causing the heat-generating component to generate heat, a second component temperature of the heat-generating component and a second board temperature of the board; and a step for calculating a second heat quantity that flows out to the board from the heat-generating component by using the second component temperature, the second board temperature, and the first heat resistance.
