WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/010470
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The claimed invention involves a process or system of an integrated generator power train powered by a rechargeable battery motor driven generator prime mover to transfer mechanical energy to two or more induction generators linked up together in a row or a series to produce more electrical energy output. The invention can produce an increase electrical energy output to be connected to any substation electrical grid. The invention may use a rechargeable battery driven prime mover induction generator but not discounting other thermal engine-run prime movers to be tied back by slip joint propeller shaft and universal joints linked up in a row or a series of several induction generators rotating in a synchronized manner using a transmission, gear shafts and different bearing configuration and linkages to produce a multiplier effect enhanced electrical energy power.

Claims:
CLAIM I claim a system process or method using a prime mover whether a combustion engine or rechargeable battery fed motor generator tied in series linked together in a row formation or series to several or multiple generators to transfer mechanical energy and produce a multiplier effect thereby increasing electrical energy output. The process involves a system or method of connecting multiple generators attached from the front and back-end shaft of the motor generators to the front shaft of the linked in a series or row formation generators with the use of slip joint propeller shaft and universal joints supported by plummer block to provide a uniform and predictable velocity revolution per minute synchronously to the prime mover and thereby achieving an increase in electrical energy output in multiple times.

Description:
SUBSTITUTE SHEET

A GENERATOR MULTIPLIER PROCESS, SYSTEM AND OR METHOD TO INCREASE ELECTRICAL ENERGY OUTPUT

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] With the advent of the commercial production of electrical vehicles and the need to reduce the carbon footprint from industrial air pollution, there is now a need to lessen carbon emission without sacrificing productivity but instead increase it without sacrificing the latter. This invention is attuned to the current situation by using a single rechargeable battery powered prime mover and increase the electrical energy output of the combined individual generator through a system of linkages.

[0002] It is a system of two or more induction generators attached to each other via linkages from a transmission, gear shafts bearing joints, plummer blocks and tied back to a rechargeable battery powered prime mover with a transmission to produce a multiplier effect and an increase in electrical energy yield. The power, torque and mechanical energy needed to start the tied in a series of generators will come from the prime mover, transfer via a transmission or gears to regulate the needed torque, in a shaft with a slip gear for easy removal and a bearing type universal bearing joint, shafts, gears tied in a series for a uniformed speed synchronized rotations of all the linked generators. A central control module panel for monitoring the function of each motor and generator shall be provided.

[0003] The traditional or conventional thermal combustion engine power system used by almost all power plants is on a ratio of one prime mover to one generator or 1 : 1 ratio to produce certain amount of electrical energy. The novel system invention utilizes a versatile single prime mover that could run on a rechargeable battery fed prime mover or combustion engine prime mover linked up or tied up to two or more generators thereby substantially increasing the electrical energy output that could produce a ratio of one prime mover to two or more generators.

SUBSTITUTE SHEETS (RULE 26) BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0004] This novel power system would provide tons of advantages in terms of a substantial increase in electrical power generation output. Prime consideration is the almost zero carbon emission if a rechargeable battery is utilized on a prime mover and limited space requirement as against all the sources of energy such as solar and wind. A multiplier link up system powered by a single prime mover to increase electrical energy output is the very crux of this invention. Not only wind and solar power generation systems need huge spaces, discriminating geographic locations and other disadvantage adverse potential conditions should be considered. The power system mentioned can deliver the system set-up at the shortest time duration compared to wind and solar set-up by simply assembling all the components to link several motor generators to the prime mover and battery system in a modular manner.

[0005] The invention can work on any designated environment, reduce carbon footprint emission, thereby helping to reduce electrical cost to industries, households and increase economic productivity.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURE

[0006] The drawings and figures are not on scale as these are only for presentation and understanding of the invention as reference to the detailed description of the invention.

[0007] FIG. l is a schematic block diagram of the invention that involves the link-up of several induction motors to a prime mover induction generator run by a rechargeable battery. The linked-up induction motor generators would create a multiplicity of electrical energy generation thereby increasing productivity at the least cost, easy mobilization set-up and reduce carbon emission.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0008] The invention involves the process of increasing electrical energy output through the link-up of several induction motors to a prime mover preferably an induction generator run by a rechargeable battery. The power system would be best illustrated in FIG. 1. A rechargeable battery 17 powered prime mover 1 would initiate the mechanical energy force for transfer in a

SUBSTITUTE SHEETS (RULE 26) transmission 2. The transmission 2 would be linked to several induction generators via linkage shafts with slip ring gear 19 attached on both ends with universal joints 20 supported by load bearing plummer block 18. The linkages are repeatedly attached to several induction generators 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9. A differential gear 8 will be provided at the end of the shaft further hooked up in motors 7 and 9. Motor number 9 shall act as a stand-alone generator charger attached to an inverter 10 and AC/DC battery charger 12 to charge the auxiliary battery 11 as well as the main battery 17 attached to the control panel equipped inverter from DC to AC 13 to all induction motors 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, prime mover 1, transmission 2, main 17 and auxiliary batteries 11, transformer 15, control panel for transformer 14 and to the emergency backup power source 21 shall all be wired connected to the master central main control panel 16. The central control panel 16 shall be equipped with all components such as main power switch, speed controls, VFD, for the prime mover 1 and induction generators and transmission 2, fail safe temperature control, battery life and charging, monitor circuit breakers and the transformer.

[0009] The linked-up induction motor generators would create a multiplicity of electrical energy generation output thereby increasing productivity at the least cost, easy mobilization set-up and reduce carbon emission.
