Abstract:
Provided is a highly reliable genetic analysis method using flow cytometry. This genetic analysis method comprises: a staining step in which a cell is stained; a sorting step in which cell-derived first information of a sample solution is acquired by means of flow cytometry, said first information is analyzed in accordance with a determined extraction condition, and on the basis of the analysis result, a target cell is sorted into a container in which a plurality of wells are arrayed; an amplification step in which the DNA of the cell sorted into the container is amplified; an analysis step in which genetic analysis is performed on the amplified DNA; and a condition determination step in which on the basis of second information acquired in the amplification step and/or third information acquired in the analysis step, the extraction condition is redetermined.
