Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and kit for genetic scissors-based rapid detection of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus (SFTSV). Particularly, disclosed are: a molecular diagnostic method for rapidly detecting SFTSV by using a primer set and guide RNA that are specific to SFTSV, and CRISPR-Cas12a; and a kit therefor.
